Just a short walk from the ancient heart of Lecce, HABITARE Àstricu is an independent private residence created for those who wish to experience the city in a more authentic, relaxed and deeply Salento-inspired way.

Located only 50 metres from Porta Napoli – approximately a 3-minute walk from Lecce's historic centre – HABITARE Àstricu allows guests to explore the old town on foot while enjoying the convenience of a private gated parking space, away from the restrictions of the city's limited traffic zone (ZTL).

The residence is part of a late 19th-century home and still preserves some of the most authentic elements of traditional Lecce architecture:

• exposed stone vaulted ceilings

• original cement tile floors

• historic solid wood doors

• authentic materials and details shaped by time

HABITARE Àstricu is conceived as a living project.

The house will continue to evolve over time through a careful and respectful restoration process, guided by the selection of authentic materials, reclaimed elements and interventions designed to preserve the original character and soul of the home.

Not a place created in haste, but a home that grows slowly over time, preserving its memory, personality and authenticity.

The residence includes:

• Àstricu Solare, a private and intimate outdoor space

The house offers:

• 1 double bed

• 1 sofa bed

and is ideal for:

• couples

• friends travelling together

• families with two or three children

Upon request, guests may also add:

• extra bed

• baby cot

• children's bed

The kitchen is fully equipped with:

• cooktop

• oven

• refrigerator

• washing machine

• cookware and kitchen utensils

The bedroom is provided with:

• bed linen

• towels

The sofa bed is also supplied with:

• complete bed linen

• dedicated towel set

**Cancellation Policy**

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

The first payment, equal to 50% of the total stay, will only be charged once the free cancellation period has expired. The remaining 50% will be paid directly at the property upon check-in.
